I live right around the corner and got a 20% coupon for the store so I opted for convenience and dropped off four pairs of nice womens work pants to be tailored. Nothing fancy, simple hemming and on two I just needed the waste taken in a tad. It was the WORST tailoring job I have ever seen (I have tailored hundreds of items and will recommend you a fabulous tailor in Beverly Hills if you need one). \r

Quality - Basically he CROPPED my pants into FLOOD PANTS. They look horrible and not to mention very unprofessionally stitched. \r

Price - When I came in the they proceeded to charge me full price, even though I gave my coupon to the tailor when I came in the store. When I asked they said that he didn't mark it down, so I could not get the discount. It was my first time there, how am I suppose to know that he did not mark something down or even needs to for this matter ?! I argued with her (how would I know exactly what the coupon looked like) and was insanely rude and so was her manager. Finally they relented, but it was a horrible experience. \r

I'd also like to mention that the bad hemming job was about $40 a pair of pants.\r

Bad quality, high price, poor customer service. I don't care how far I have to drive I will never go there again.
Pros: Parking, Starbucks & Coffee Bean Across the Street, Shoe Repair Next Door
Cons: Over Priced, Poor Quality Alerations, Poor Customer Service, Damaged Clothes
