The service was wonderful. Setting up my appointment just 24-hours after my water heater went out was painless and quick! The plumber that came to my house was thorough and willing to answer ALL of my questions. He cleaned up after himself and performed his work quietly! Great company... Great Service!!! more

Prompt response. Provided a fair and accurate estimate clearly explaining what repairs were required. Completed repairs in less than 2 hours. Left the work site cleaner than when he arrived. more

Good: Easy to understand explanations, fair price, quick response, very professional service. Bad: I liked everything-especially after receiving poor service from a leading competitor last year!. Improvements: None. Other: I needed a hot water heater installed. My old home required a lot of pluming to meet code so, the representitive explained my least expensive option and then, at my request, explained my other options. This helped me to figure out how to purchace a hot water heater that decreased my electric bill and allowed me take advantage of a $1000.00 tax credit benifit. Response time was fast, expinations easily understood and work completed quickly and professionally. The whole experiance could'nt have been better. more

Dave arrived on time, listened to the issues we had with our water heater, surveyed and tested the site, recommended solutions to all the issues, and set about removing the old heater and installing the new water heater. A very professional job. Left the house (heater is inside) as clean as when he started. He knew all the applicable code requirements. We are completely satisfied. more

I was very satisfied with my experience with this company. Scheduling was easy and timely. The tech was right on time and incredibly professional. He was knowledgeable with my city codes and did great work. We have hot water again and are set for another decade or so. I would highly recommend them. more

Fast Water Heater Company answered all my questions and replaced my hot water heater in a very professional manner. They were also very quick and worked with my schedule. They installed my previous water heater and I expect they'll install my next one if I remain in the house long enough. Their price was less than a competitor. more

Same Day Installation 6/1/2010

I had a warranty claim with Sears on my old water heater. I purchased the installation service through Sears and they contracted Fast Water Heater Company. Service was good and change out was quick. more

Fast Water Heater was flexible in scheduling. The workman was able to call me 30 minutes ahead of time so I wouldn't have to wait around and was able to arrive earlier than scheduled. He brought everything up to code. more

Fast Water heater had the best prices for heaters of all that I called, and they were able to come out that same day and install. I had a million questions about the work, but the employee was very patient and if he didn't know the answers he was able to get them quickly and help me understand the process. more

From the initial phone call to the final installation clean-up, the staff at Fast Water Heater are professional and thorough. Getting pricing and setting the appointment was easy. The installation team headed by Mr. Smith was on-time, quick, friendly and left the area clean and neat. They explained everything every step of the way leaving us feeling good about our decision to go with Fast. Highly recommended more

Just had Fast Water Heater Co. install a garbage disposal. They were early to the appointment but called ahead to make sure that would be ok. Serviceman was polite, professional, knowledgeable. Did the job quickly and cleaned up. more

Hybrid Water Heater Install 4/21/2010

We wanted a tankless water heater with minimal wait time for hot water, a long warrenty, and low maintenance. Fast Water Heater recommended and installed an Eternal Hbrid with a whole house circulating pump that met these requirements, and at a competitive price. The install team did an excellent job, including adding an expansion tank at no extra cost when they determined we had a closed system, explaining the functions of our new system, and leaving our premises neat and clean. The only issue we had was that were 2 hours late to the estimate appointment (but on time for the install appointment). Overall, I was very pleased and am happy to recommend them. more
