Dave arrived on time, listened to the issues we had with our water heater, surveyed and tested the site, recommended solutions to all the issues, and set about removing the old heater and installing the new water heater. A very professional job. Left the house (heater is inside) as clean as when he started. He knew all the applicable code requirements. We are completely satisfied.
