New Hot Water Tank Installation 1/6/2011

I had to replace my old water tank in a hurry when it started to leak. They were able to come out that same day and get the job done. The installers were very patient with all of my questions and made sure all of my questions were answered. They also made sure I understood what exactly they were doing and why. I would definitely recommend this company to others. more

I just had a new gas hot water heater installed and I am very pleased with the service I received. The installer was on time, completed the job as prescribed on the estimate sheet, cleaned up afterwards, and answered all of my questions to my satisfaction. I would definitely recommend and use Fast Water Heater Company in the future. more

With the year winding down and the tankless hot water heater tax credit about to expire I called for a free estimate and within two days had my new tankless hot water heater installed. Very professional and came in with the best estimate of the three companies I called, by far! more

Just a quick note to compliment Gordon on the installation job he did for our new water heater. My husband had to leave shortly after Gordon arrived. He inspected the installation when he returned home (he is very particular about work done on the house). He looked and simply said, “I like it.” Believe me, this is high praise coming from him. We are extremely satisfied with the service we received and the neat job that Gordon did. He seemed very knowledgeable and thorough. The final price charged was just as it was quoted to us when we called so set the appointment. We will definitely recommend your services whenever possible. more

Overall a great Job. Showed up on time.cleaned up after themselves. The basic install fee quoted over the phone does not include bringing the new new installation up to code. A quaote was given on the spot and explained. Some of the code updates were a little expensive for what I recieved ( grounding the tank) but I would use them again. matt was friendly, professional and performed a very complete job with nothing left out. I thought he was very fair and a good employee representing his company. I would use them again and would recommend them to my friends. more

Quick Water Heater Replacement 11/11/2010

I called these guys at 3:00 on Wednesday afternoon and by 5:00 the next day I had a brand new water heater installed. Smith was quick and professional. He cleaned up the mess and was done in 2 hours. I will recommend these guys to all my friends and famly. more

Fast Water Heater, was prompt at arranging an appointment. Excellent customer service over the telephone. I detailed clinician who was willing to spend time with me to explain the different options, as well as details of installation of my choices. He stated the job would be done within 4 to 5 hours (a big job), it was completed in time... and we never noticed any interruption in our hot water service. They as well provided good information on current rebates. more

Joined the future with a tankless water heater 10/29/2010

Good: They came out and performed an estimate, and also included how much money we'd save in tax breaks and rebates. We decided to ditch our old natural gas hot water tank for a tankless model, and had that installed (Eternal GU145S). We love it!. Bad: Had to call them out the next day to tighten up the gas lines. They did so quickly and professionally.. Improvements: Soapy water can show where a leak is, but for very small leaks, another device should be used to ensure there's no gas leaks, at time of installation.. Other: I would recommend this company to friends and family.. more

i have no complaints about the service i got, and i think that's what we hope in these types of situations. the installer showed when scheduled, he explained the what's and why's and answered a number of questions. care was taken to protect floors and walls and everything was cleaned up. more

My experience was very good when I phoned to have my water heater replaced and spoke with Brad, a sales person at Fast Water Heaters. He answered all my questions completely and phoned me back promptly when I had follow-up concerns. The technician showed up right on time and was quick and efficient in installing my new water heater. All in all a positive experience. more
