My experience was very good when I phoned to have my water heater replaced and spoke with Brad, a sales person at Fast Water Heaters. He answered all my questions completely and phoned me back promptly when I had follow-up concerns. The technician showed up right on time and was quick and efficient in installing my new water heater. All in all a positive experience.
