I had a very positive experience with Fast Water Heater Company. The service person showed up on time and installed my water heater with quick efficiency. The service person who's name is Mitch T. was courteous, polite and patient, explaining the work he had done and patiently answering all my questions. I would definitely do business with them again and wholeheartedly recommend them to anyone in need of a new water heater. more

I've used Fast Water Heater twice over the past 10 years (once in my old house and now in my new house). Both times I've been happy with the results. The first time around, I really couldn't have been happier. I used to actually take my friends to the laundry room just to show off the plumbing job (yes, I'm a huge nerd). The only two small detractors the second time around were that: a) My water heater managed to break on the same day that Fast Water Heater was relocating from Kirkland to Bothell. Their phones and computers weren't working, so it ended up taking an additional day to get the new heater installed (whole days without hot water are never fun). b) Installation cost a little bit more than I expected, and the new setup isn't "a thing of beauty" (like the first one I used to show off to my friends), but it's functional (and they had to work around some screwy existing plumbing). I'd definitely consider using Fast Water Heater again and recommend them to my friends. more

Called at 8 Am and had Matt at my home by noon. After giving a thorough explanation of what needed to be done and the estimate, Matt went to work. He completed the job efficiently in about 2 hours including so reconfiguring to install the new water heater. Job looks great and I anticipate no issues. I have used Fast in the past (12 years ago) so I knew what to expect. Casn recommend based on y two experiences. more

Fast, flexible service... the technician saved us several hundred dollars. We assumed we would need to replace our water heater but after the inspection, the technician advised us that our unit only required servicing and part replacement. more

Water heater was not working. Looked up several companies on Yelp and other sites and also asked PSE for names of companies to replace water heater. I called several including Fast Water Heater Co. All were close in the bid but some also indicated there may be additional charges based on work to be done and code requirements. Fast gave me a quote on the phone and said a full quote would be made by their technician. Mitch came to the house( earlier than estimated) and proceeded to look at he old heater and provided me with a complete quote as promised. The quote was in line with what I expected and I agreed to have the work done. The work was completed in less than three hours. When our hot water heater started acting up during the freezing cold winter, we called around and chose Fast Water Heater Company to install a new water heater. They came out the very next day, right on time as promised, and quickly and efficiently switched out our old water heater for a brand new one. The technician was very nice and even worked around our messy garage with a smile and "no problem" attitude. The price was competitive and we were very pleased all around. We recently had to purchase a new hot water tank. We went to Home Depot and found what we wanted. Then they gave us Fast's number to come and install it. The young man who came was fantastic. He was very careful about covering the carpet before he even started. He worked quickly and by the time he left you would have never known he had been there. He took the old hot water heater with him and left the area in which he was working just like it had been. The company responded quickly and the job was done in record time. FAST installed a new gas hot water heater in Nov. 2011 in a very professional manner. The only problem we had was getting the right temperature setting, not too hot , not too cold. When PSE inspected our gas furnace we asked about our problem of too much varation in hot water temperature. The Inspector advised us that the temperture controllers can fail and we should call our installer. We did and were advised that although the tank was less than 30 days past the one year labor warranty, that they could replace the temp. control at no charge for labor and parts if done within the 30 day grace period. Two days later before Christmas, a new contol was installed at no charge and the hot water variation is much better, thanks to a tip from PSE and favorable service from FAST WATER HEATER COMPANY. My waterheater broke on the night of 12/02, and called lowes/homedepot for a new replacement. After comparison of Lowes and Homedepot on the waterheater and the installation costs, I decide to go with Homedepot. And Homedepot referenced Fast water heater company for the installation. I am satisfied with the job. First thing is, they come on time. I was told my slot would be 9am-12pm, and as I had a full time job to do, I told them I prefer they come early. And as promised, they came at 9am. Secondly, they did a good job doing the inspection of old pipes. As the house is a pretty old one and I just moved in 3 months ago I was not aware of lots of things, they helped me inspect the place and figured out the layouts. Thirdly they helped me cleaning the water-soaked carpet. The carpet was water-soaked and I have no idea on how to clean up, and they told me how to clean it up. Most importantly, they did a good job on fixing the broken waterheater. Being without hotwater for five days, the feeling of having running hotwater again is just so great. Overall it took 3 hours and 20 min (including inspecting the place, removal of old waterheater, install new waterheater, clean up the mess). I was able to go to work in the afternoon, with the peace in mind that the waterheater is fixed. I am satisified with the job. more

Home depot led me to this company. Called on a Sunday when water heater expired. Very courteous person on thephone set up an appt for the next day(I did not ask about a Sunday delivery). The installer was very prompt, courteous and did his job well. No complaints about these guys. more

I cant believe how easy Fast water heater made it for me. I woke up to a cold shower this morning and had a tech from Fast water heater at my house my noon and a new water heater by 2. We hired Fast Water Heater to replace our old water heater with one purchased at Home Depot. They were out the same day and arrived at the time they indicated. Installer did a great job. There were no surprises in the bill. They are clearly very experienced and care about doing good work. more
