I can honestly say that Mary, owner operator of Elements Salon, has made my hair look and feel the best it ever has in my entire life, and that's saying a lot. Mary uses her knowledge and expertise to give you the most beneficial services possible for YOUR specific needs. Her staff are experienced stylists with accredited backgrounds in hair, nails, and make up. Because honestly, in the end, we go to the salons to look and feel better. I have used the services at Elements since it opened and have always walked out the door pampered and pleased. more

LOVE THIS PLACE !!!!!! I have been many places for cut and color, but the highlights that I got at Elements are fantastic. I have very damaged hair and the girl made it look amazing and even healthy. I really can't believe the dimension to my hair. I am super impressed and will go back again and again. Oh and when she asked how much I wanted my hair trimmed and I showed her she said ""ok, one and a half inches"" and that's exactly what she cut !!! No more, no less ! more

\r I love this salon! As I type this, my nails are STILL wearing my gel groupon- after 17 days- without chips! \r \r Here's the highlights list of awesome things:\r \r - Even as a loyal client I can still buy and use their groupons, unlike a lot of other places that only allow first time clients to use them. They offer awesome nail deals even without groupon- like nail club, so that you can make a regular thing of getting your nails done and not feel guilty!\r \r - My manis are impeccable and last forever! \r \r - If I do have a chip or peel, I just give the salon a buzz and they fix it for me for free. (And it was totally my fault for the chipping- but they STILL rushed to fix it.)\r \r - Ask for Lindsay- she is awesome and can do those cool nails you see on pinterest for you.\r \r - Place is gorgeous inside, and everyone is really nice! \r \r - My stylist is AMAZING. I hesitate to tell you her name (Alicia) because she's already so popular I don't want you to take my appointment! \r \r - Even my husband goes here to get his haircut now. You know if your husband can like going to a salon it's got to be awesome. \r \r - You don't get talked into spending your mortgage payment on products after you service. They recommend stuff they think would suit you and are not pushy at all. \r more

Not only is this the most beautiful salon I've ever been in, it has the most talented people working here. Mary the owner does my hair and I couldn't be happier with the results. The cut, color, customer service and the atmosphere are amazing.\r Highly recommend every service they offer. more

What a joke! I purchased a Groupon for a Mani/Pedi and all I basically got was a polish change. In and out in 30 minutes isn't exactly what I call a Mani/Pedi. Very disappointed and won't be back! Don't waste your money even with a Groupon Deal!!!! more

So grateful for Elements Salon! I had an awful experience at a salon in Rocky River. My blonde hair turned an awful, awful bright red. After them stripping my hair and then being an ugly orange/red I knew I had to call Elements to get it fixed. \r \r I got an appointment with Teresea right away and she did such an AMAZING job! My then rough, red hair was taken to a gorgeous light brown with blonde highlights. She did such a great job, as always. I have gotten so many compliments on my hair as well! You can definitely count on Elements and Teresa for great quality, professionalism and an amazing result! Definitely never going anywhere but Elements again! Thank you, Teresa, for making my hair goregous again!! more

Recently found a great groupon deal that a few of us from work bought. We scheduled an appointment for 6 of us to come in and had great customer service in setting this up juggling 6 people. Very nice receptionist called me to help and make sure we could all come in together. I have been going to this salon since it opened and they always greet me with a smile and by name when I come in. I have been going to Elements Salon since it opened. It is very contemporary and modern inside. The staff is always great. Mary is my main stylist and is excellent. I've also had Nicole, who is wonderful as well. I would recommend this salon to anyone that wants to have a modern cut that isn't extremely overpriced. more

I have been to Elements four times so far and have really enjoyed my experiences there. My favorite part is the complimentary hand/arm massages while you are getting your hair washed:) I have tried out 4 different stylists and today I found the stylist that gets my hair the best! The stylists I have been to all do a great job, but I must say Mary is my favorite. She did a wonderful job!! This is the best haircut I have ever gotten. I like that she took the time to get a good understanding of what I wanted and made great suggestions. She also took the time to show me how to properly style my hair. I got a lot of compliments on my hair. Mary is an excellent stylist and really impressed me! Will definitely be going back to her! more

I have been a client at Elements for almost two years. The salon is modern and has a great atmosphere. The staff is friendly and makes the entire experience enjoyable. I am always able to get an appointment within a week of calling to schedule. My stylist is definitely worth the wait. Nikki is an amazing colorist! I have never had a bad experience, hair or customer service related. I have recommended many friends and coworkers to Elements. Elements is a great salon! more

Elements salon may have the worst customer service I have ever experienced at any salon (and let me tell you, I frequent salons). It took days to even get a hold of a receptionist to schedule my appointment. I only persisted because I had purchased the groupon for elements salon. Once I finally was able to do so, I was 15 minutes late for my appointment. I attempted to call three times, even leaving messages. Once I arrived, they informed me that they received my call but simply decided not to call me back. They also told me I could only redeem either my manicure or pedicure and would never be able to redeem the other service. I even offered to come back later that day. Not one but three girls at the front desk gave me the ""too bad"" attitude and were beyond rude. Admittedly, I was late but most salons work with you and don't treat you like a second class citizen. I would not recommend this salon to anyone for any reason. I was advised not to go but decided to be open minded and give it a chance, boy was that a mistake! more

Two of us booked appointments off a Groupon. Really looked forward to a nice day out and a mani/pedi. My issue was the gel application did not last but 24 hours on several nails. After a tough go round on the phone with a clueless receptionist, I scheduled my redo. Finally after much confusion on their end, I went in. Got a tech that was newer. She reapplied to the peeled nails several times, didn't file or buff to rough nail, kept applying clear coat and polish kept changing ugly colors. After a poor redo, 1/2 hour later, polish stains on my fingers (I was told it would ""wash off"" in the shower) and bubbling polish- I left. The next day all fingers peeled & chipped off except for my thumbs. To boot, my Sister-In-Law's nails did the SAME thing. Will NOT be back! more

Terrible manicure! Gel peeled off immediately, within 24 hours on several fingers. Called the salon, young staff could care less. They mixed up my appointment time with 3 separate calls to me with 3 different confirmed times. If they want to handle a larger client load then they better step up to the plate and POLISH their customer service skills! more

Just moved to the area. Drive past the salon everyday and I am glad I decided to stop in. I will be back in 6 weeks. Mary was great! more

I have been a loyal client of Mary's for 10 years. I am not normaly one to bash others but I am so appalled by a review below that I have to say something. I am familiar with "" Noel's"" situation because it personally affected me. I was actually in the salon processing while this was happening, I had just asked if they had any openings for a gel mani while I was processing and they were booked with ""Noel's"" appointment.I understood they were busy. I actually know they gave directions because when the receptionist asked Mary how to get here from Parma I told her I was from Independence and gave them directions. Noel was clearly told how to get here. I personally know they show up on mapquest because i used it the first time I came to the salon. Also there is not only a map on Groupon there is also a map right here on Citysearch. If you know you have an appointment somewhere new there should be no reason to be that late. I know you were at least 30 MINUTES LATE , NOT 10, because had they known earlier you were not going to come to your appointment they would have been able to take me, by the time they got off the phone with you I was ready to have my color washed out. more

I have been a loyal Elements Salon client for a couple of years now. As an adult in my 30's I have been to MANY salons around our local area and I must say that Elements is the first of any that I can truly say is almost a second home to me. The amount of customer care and attention that I am given at the salon is exceptional. In a society where customer service and taking care of your clients seems to be a thing of the past, Elements has beyond exceeded my expectations. A special thanks to the owner Mary for creating such a fabulous environment where I can peacefully enjoy some time away from work being pampered. To my hair colorist and stylist Alicia Dolan or ALWAYS making me look sensational. And to my nail artist Lindsay LaGrotteria for giving me the best looking nails in town every 2 weeks. I am an extremely finicky and busy client, but I must say that this location has always met my every need with no complaints. I highly recommend to anyone who is looking for a salon where they will be appreciated and listened to and have every need attended to, to please check out this location. I may arrive feeling drained and over-worked, but I always leave happy with a gleaming smile on my face!
