Two of us booked appointments off a Groupon. Really looked forward to a nice day out and a mani/pedi. My issue was the gel application did not last but 24 hours on several nails. After a tough go round on the phone with a clueless receptionist, I scheduled my redo. Finally after much confusion on their end, I went in. Got a tech that was newer. She reapplied to the peeled nails several times, didn't file or buff to rough nail, kept applying clear coat and polish kept changing ugly colors. After a poor redo, 1/2 hour later, polish stains on my fingers (I was told it would ""wash off"" in the shower) and bubbling polish- I left. The next day all fingers peeled & chipped off except for my thumbs. To boot, my Sister-In-Law's nails did the SAME thing. Will NOT be back!
