Elements salon may have the worst customer service I have ever experienced at any salon (and let me tell you, I frequent salons). It took days to even get a hold of a receptionist to schedule my appointment. I only persisted because I had purchased the groupon for elements salon. Once I finally was able to do so, I was 15 minutes late for my appointment. I attempted to call three times, even leaving messages. Once I arrived, they informed me that they received my call but simply decided not to call me back. They also told me I could only redeem either my manicure or pedicure and would never be able to redeem the other service. I even offered to come back later that day. Not one but three girls at the front desk gave me the ""too bad"" attitude and were beyond rude. Admittedly, I was late but most salons work with you and don't treat you like a second class citizen. I would not recommend this salon to anyone for any reason. I was advised not to go but decided to be open minded and give it a chance, boy was that a mistake!
