Worst manicure I have ever had! All polish peeled off in 48hours. When I called to complain, hoping they would offer to redo the manicure, I was told they would not guarantee a manicure more than 24hours. Needless to say I was disappointed. Not the way to do business, especially after paying $28 plus tip. I will never go back nor will I recommend this place. more

EXCELLENT SERVICE & RESULTS. Feel fortunate to have discovered this upscale salon that doesn't carry the upscale price. Have never had such fantastic highlights or cut. The salon's ambiance along with the professionalism of the staff are an added bonus. Have since revisited the salon despite a customer's review, was a bit worried, and found that there are NO highlighting services for $200. Whew! Though I wouldn't want to write a review to try to get my services for free, albeit positive or negative, I can say with the product line Elements has selected (Bumble & Bumble, I believe a sister company to the Aveda line), it'd be next to impossible to leave with any variation of ""bleach blond"" unless one leaves and does something to it. I also wanted to make sure about that since I'm blond myself. Now that I've found a good salon, such as Elements, I'm sticking with them. Have found only excellent service and results from them! more

The worst salon I have ever been to!! I listened to the reviews below and I went to Brenda to get a partial highlight/lowlight. I came in with blonde hair with lowlights throughout and I left with bleach blonde hair. I told her that I wanted to keep my highlight and lowlight in my hair because it looks more natural and she told me that I did not need the lowlight. I should not have taken her advice because I was left with awful yellow bleached hair. I had to go to Charles Scott in Rocky River to get it fixed (excellent salon). The salon owner Mary refused to even talk to me about how unhappy I was with the service. I called several times to speak with her and she never called me back and was always ""busy"". I asked for at least a partial refund and I was told that I would not be given a refund of any kind - I had to pay $200!!!! (for the bad dye job and to get it fixed) It should have been at least half that for a partial. more

Great atmosphere & stylist!!!! 3/30/2012

Thanks to the review put on this page bk in August! I just moved to Ohio from Texas, husbands job relocated us, and needed a new stylist. Because of the first review I decided to try either Brenda or Holly. Holly had an opening & let me tell ya she's GREAT! Very kind, listens to what you want, offers great advice & is deff one who cares about her clients! The salon setup is SO cute! The decor is just my style & the staff is super friendly! Love the waiting area!! They offer a cold beverage, a few snacks & a flat screen TV to watch my fav show HGTV while my color process's! Oh and I've never had Aveda color before but I will say it looks great! Excited to see how long the color last. Hoping it doesn't fade quickly:)! I did purchase a B&B shampoo & conditioner! LOVED how my hair felt after shampooing! Try this salon out....U won't b dis-appointed!!!!! more
