Ecola was wonderful to work with! From the first meeting with the very knowledgeable and friendly inspector, Nick, to the whole house termite treatment with techs Matthew and Armando, my experience was a pleasant and completely satisfying one. Matthew and Armando were very capable (and friendly, also) - they arrived on time and were finished exactly when they said they would be! A 2 year warranty, too - what more could I ask for :-) more

Iven was the most thorough, dedicated and energetic guy from your company to date. Not that the previous inspectors and applicators were slackers by any stretch, just that Iven was more enthusiastic and thorough. He had a distinct "do it right" attitude and deserves kudos for explaining all that he did and why, and answering all my questions. As an independent commercial rental property owner and manager I appreciate the fact that they willing and able to perform alternative treatments and are not always pressurizing me into fumigation, which is not a viable option for my residents. My buildings are well maintained and spot treatments, along with removal, have always been the best course of action working with Ecola. The technicians as well as the inspector have always been informative and cooperative. more

I found evidence of termites twice after my initial treatment. Your service person arrived promptly and did the work efficiently. I hope I won't find any more evidence of termite infestation but if I do,I know who to call. more

We recently scheduled our annual termite inspection because I found new termite activity on a bedroom window. The Ecola inspector, Santos, thoroughly checked our house and found a few areas in our attic that also needed treatment. So last week Roger came out to service our house. Both Ecola technicians were on time, thorough, professional, focused, and pleasant to work with. Ecola originally treated our house in 2011 and since then we've really appreciated having the annual service warrenty so that 5 or 10 years don't pass by without any treatment! Our house is an investment and it's reassuring to have Ecola helping us take care of it. more

Jose arrived on time and was very knowledgeable and did a thorough job of checking every area in the house for termites and did treat an area in our garage that revealed termites. Jose had been to our house some years back and is very pleasant person. more

Your guy showed up on time and got the job done in the time frame I was told about. He was nice and explained every question I had in regards to the service.
