Iven was the most thorough, dedicated and energetic guy from your company to date. Not that the previous inspectors and applicators were slackers by any stretch, just that Iven was more enthusiastic and thorough. He had a distinct "do it right" attitude and deserves kudos for explaining all that he did and why, and answering all my questions.
