I was pleased with your service, but felt uncomfortable that one of your men asked to use my bathroom two times. I think he should have driven to the corner gas station or Mc Donalds which is also up at the corner near my home. After doing the treatments is it customary to wait about 1/2 hr. before spraying? I noticed the men waited out front for about that long. Just thought you should know. more

Today Santos inspected our home for termites. He took over two hours and was very thorough. He found his way into parts of our under the house crawlspace that no one has ever reached. While there he discovered a water problem that we would not have known about. It was causing rot to a support beam, something we will now be able to correct. Thank you more

I was very pleased with the service I received. The free inspection went well since Anthony found the entryways from the outside to where the rats were entering into my garage. Living in a wooded area promotes critters & bugs to try to come in. The tech knew I would have more peace of mind if he covered the holes that were entry points the same day. He was knowledgeable & explained everything thoroughly with me. I felt confident in the eradication process. The tech was professional & respectful which was appreciated. I will not hesitate to recommend this company to my friends & family. more

Both the 1st year inspection visit and the treatment visit went well. No issue at with the technicians I interfaced with and since the termite treatment was minimal I am assuming that my termite problem has been resolved for now. I look forward to my 2nd year inspection next year and I am inspecting the same good news as last time. My only suggestion is that you make a bigger effort on reminding your customers about their 1st and 2nd year inspections that comes with the termite work originally paid for. After 12 months people can forget. Thank you very much again. I highly recommend your company. more

We had a great experience with Ecola. I called on Saturday and they were able to get some one out by Tuesday afternoon. We had them do a preventative treatment for pests. They did the Ecosmart compound inside and the regular on the outside. We signed up for the quarterly maintenace. The technician, Anthony, was prompt, courteous, professional, and did a thorough job. He answered all my questions and was very knowledgeable. We will definitely recommend them to our friends. more

My elderly aunt called in a panic -- she had left her apartment due to an infestation of bed bugs, but now thought she had seen some at her sister-in-law's house where she was staying. She feared she had brought them with her. The Ecola technician inspected my mom's house and found nothing. He gave the ladies some advice about prevention, and generally calmed everyone's nerves. No charge, peace of mind... what could be better? Thank you so much. more
