I was very pleased with the service I received. The free inspection went well since Anthony found the entryways from the outside to where the rats were entering into my garage. Living in a wooded area promotes critters & bugs to try to come in. The tech knew I would have more peace of mind if he covered the holes that were entry points the same day. He was knowledgeable & explained everything thoroughly with me. I felt confident in the eradication process. The tech was professional & respectful which was appreciated.
