Spiders & Bugs no more 7/23/2012

These guys live up to their name as a Christian owned company. Ecola Termite & Pest control was definitely on their game for our families needs. Very competitive in the pricing (w/ our radio discount) polite. curteous. flexible. and follw through were all in place. It's nice to know that this is a great company who cares more about doing it right than treating you like a number in a long list of stops along the way.\r \r Thank you Ecola for your great bug and spider pest spray service. more

Awesome Pest control service! These guys have a great customer focused system in place. I had to call 3 different times because of changes on my end for a simple spider and bug problem and each time the person I spoke to had the right information and made the adjustments to my schedule. David, the Pest Control service tech was polite, called to let me know he was running late and then showed up and did a great job. more

Great Experience 3/12/2012

I called Ecola because I desired to use the safest methods of treating termites as possible. They were very professional and I was able to get rid of all the termites without using dangerous poisons. They eco products smelled like wintergreen for a few days but other than that i had a great experience. I even filled out a service evaluation form that they sent me. I'd recommend them if you don't want to use dangerous chemicals. more

Waste of money. 11/3/2011

Ecola doesn't get rid of termites. They take your money and tell you they'll take care of the termites, but their product DOESN'T WORK. When you set up your appointment, and you'll be setting up a lot of appointments, they take a month to come out. Then sometimes they DON'T SHOW or can't do the ""treatments"" at the time and you have to call and make another appointment to get the work done. I'm a year into my 2 year warranty, $1700 out, and they now recommend tenting, WHICH THEY DON""T COVER! I have NO idea how they can stay in business. Now I have to try and get some of money back from these criminals to pay someone who can get rid of termites. Truly lousy experience. more

Failure to complete work paid for and negligent inspection practices. 1/17/2007

The Ecola subterranean termite treatment did not treat all areas of infestation underneath the house and did not even complete the trenching around the sides of the house. Nor was the cellulose debris removed from underneath the house as contracted and paid for. Cons: Sloppy, negligent and incomplete work. more
