Joe, your inspector for termites, is always very efficient and has been able to find where the termites are hiding. He is knowledgable and a personable person. He's serviced our house for many years and we appreciate his services. Pat, technician for pest control, is also efficient and knowledgable. He's also a very friendly person. We've experienced very few problems since he has serviced our home. I would rate both Joe and Pat beyond outstanding and appreciate their services very much. You are very fortunate to them as your employees. more

I found all your employees that helped me from the (initial informational call to the pest and termite inspections) to be very professional and knowledgeable about your company and product. Thank you for making this first experience of obtaining a pest control service easy for our family. When I called your sales person Anna to review the estimates given, she was very knowledgeable when reviewing the services and product that would be used in resolving my pest problem. Your two inspectors Ramon Ramirez and Franke Soto were very patient in answering all my questions about the services and products available. They were very helpful and professional when inspecting my home for pest and termites. Again, thank you for having knowledgeable employees that made this experience easy. I would definitely call your company if in the future we would need a termite service. more

The inspection process was thorough and informative. The day of treatment, was convenient and seemed smooth but 2 areas remained termite infested. I didn't rate you a 5 because I had to make multiple calls before an appointment was made to return to take care of the missed areas. Otherwise, I was impressed with the company and services. more

I've been using Ecola for several years, initially for termite control and subsequently for pest control. The service people are well trained, thoughtful and patient. There is never an issue about a technician coming out when I call about evidence of termites. The pest control tech comes every couple of months and is very thorough. I am very happy with the service. more
