All of the servicemen - Nick, Jesse, and a third whose name I don't recall - were polite, helpful, and efficient: I appreciated that! I liked the fact that the treatment did not include dangerous chemicals, and that it took less than two hours. When I had a concern about what I thought were termites still on my windowsill, the return visit was prompt, no problem. And I was relieved to learn those pests were not termites and easily disposed of. Thank you! more

Might have been a 5-star review if the following were different: 1. long wait time for an appointment to spot treat (6 days). 2. Day before and day of the appointment, I got calls asking if I could move it earlier - difficult since I already made arrangements at work to take the afternoon off. I appreciate the call the day before, but since I already explained I couldn't swap morning for afternoon, why call me at work the next day and ask the same thing? 3. Technician was courteous, quick and clean. But I was surprised he did not want to check the attic (above the bedroom where he treated). more

We were able to agree on alternative pest control measures that seemed to have helped our ant problem without hurting us or the cats. Also did termite control/abatement without fumigation. more
