We have used Ecola for about 3 years. We are very pleased with both the termite and pest control. Miguel, who does our exterior pest control, is very thorough and timely. More importantly, he is pleasant, polite and always has a smile on his face. Whenever we have had to call for termite service, Ecola is quick to respond and the people who come out are professional, pleasant and very efficient. Bottom line, Ecola gets a not so nice job done nicely! more

I am very satisfied with Ecola pest control. I am particularly impressed by Miguel, our technologist. He is so pleasant and thorough. I actually look forward to seeing him. Courtesy such as he shows is so important in any encounter and practically extinct in business. Oh, and importantly your service is very effective. Despite an infestation of roaches from a renter's house 2 doors down, I remained pest free. I have recommended you to my neighbors. They can easily see how effective your service is. more

Ecola were very professional. I got a free inspection and conformation that I had both kind of termites. he explained exactly what I had and what they would do and how it could be done. I did not want tenting. Gave me a written price that seemed reasonable for the amount of work to be done. I had this done about 4 years ago by a different company and the difference of the actual work was mind boggling. It took two men (one was here about 2 hours) the other about five hours. The other company sent one man and he was done in about an hour and I had to remind him of what had to be done. Ecola will be out to check on my house for the next two years. If anything is found it will be take care of. I am very pleased. more

I have been enchanted with the electrical zapper to find termites. It was wonderful the first time you came out for an area inside my house. When I called for a new spot to be treated in a doorway leading outside, I was very disappointed that the technician did not even have it in his truck. I asked him after her treated the area with a liquid if he could come back and make sure we got all of them in the vicinity. He stated he would return in a few days and I have not heard from him yet. I am disappointed as your spot treatments are expensive....thus far hopefully effective. more

Very please with service. Technician very pleasant and explained everything. Very prompt with service calls. Most visits, the technician showed up within minutes of the early side of the appointment time. ie, if they said they would show up at between 8 and 10, they were at my house before 8:15. more

I have a handicapped husband and leaving the house is difficult, I wish there were a way to minimize carpet beetles, spiders and silver fish, without having to leave home. I do note we still have silver fish after the last spraying, the one for which we had to leave. Sylvia Fedak more
