Review content:
Both the 1st year inspection visit and the treatment visit went well. No issue at with the technicians I interfaced with and since the termite treatment was minimal I am assuming that my termite problem has been resolved for now. I look forward to my 2nd year inspection next year and I am inspecting the same good news as last time. My only suggestion is that you make a bigger effort on reminding your customers about their 1st and 2nd year inspections that comes with the termite work originally paid for. After 12 months people can forget.
