Excellent follow up service 1/3/2014

This was the second time that I have had these guys out here. They initially came out during the summer to clean out my main line. It appeared that all was clean and flushing just fine. Then a couple of days ago (only 6 months later) the line was backing up again. I called today and they came out within a couple of hours and re cleaned the line at no charge. Jeremi was the employee who came out and he was polite, well mannered and explained what he was going to do and why. He then explained what he found and what the concerns were related to my issue. I would recommend and use this company again. more

Outstanding Service! 12/26/2013

We needed to replace our entire HVAC system. Walter was called in as the expert and he didn't disappoint. Walter was courteous and took the time to explain everything he was doing - which was a lot! He kept the house clean and didn't cause a disturbance while I was working at home. It took several days to complete the job and Walter was never in the way. We appreciated the time he took to make sure we understood how to operate the new system and several tips he shared on how to cut costs using the new system and on consumables like filters. We would not hesitate to ask for Walter again if we need service on our heating and a/c system. He was great! more

Our technician Jeremi was very professional and curtious. He took his time to assure that all precautionary measure were taken to avoid a big mess in the house. The company promises what they advertise. We are very happy with the way we were treated and would definatley refer them to friends and family. more

Hot Water Repair 12/19/2013

Chris came out and diagnosed my problem. I had a competitor come out two days before, they replaced a part but that did not fix my problem. When they came back they told me that they might credit me with their part that did not work. So I decided to get another opinion. Chris came out and gave me some options. I decided to have the work done. I was hoping to have my problem fixed within 24 hours but Chris told me that they could have a new water heated installed in 3 hours. He called Jeremi for some help. The hot water heater was located upstairs so Chris and Jeremi had to move the old and new units using a spiral staircase. Chris installed a new 50 gallon unit where his competitor said that they could not install one that large in my condo. Chris and Jeremi had the work done in 2 hours (1 hour less than his original time estimate). Chris also gave me credit for the cost of work done by his competitor. I highly recommend this company. I plan to call them when I am ready to replace the furnace and air conditioner more

Plumbing Problems 12/17/2013

Eric was great! He came in and solved out problem with in an hour, he quoted a time when we would have our water back and he had us back up and running within that time frame. We would recommend him to any of our friends and will call again if we have other plumbing problems. Terry more

Detlef explained to me it is normal to have water in the pipe under my shower. We then discovered a leak under my bathroom sink and he found where it was leaking and caulked around the spicket. Hopefully, that will solve my problem. more

Detle came to fix a clog in the main line. It was snowing. He really took great care of our wood floors, laying carpet throughout the house so not to scuff them. He was very professional and finished the job in record time. Thank you! more
