We needed to replace our entire HVAC system. Walter was called in as the expert and he didn't disappoint. Walter was courteous and took the time to explain everything he was doing - which was a lot! He kept the house clean and didn't cause a disturbance while I was working at home. It took several days to complete the job and Walter was never in the way. We appreciated the time he took to make sure we understood how to operate the new system and several tips he shared on how to cut costs using the new system and on consumables like filters. We would not hesitate to ask for Walter again if we need service on our heating and a/c system. He was great!
