This was the second time that I have had these guys out here. They initially came out during the summer to clean out my main line. It appeared that all was clean and flushing just fine. Then a couple of days ago (only 6 months later) the line was backing up again. I called today and they came out within a couple of hours and re cleaned the line at no charge. Jeremi was the employee who came out and he was polite, well mannered and explained what he was going to do and why. He then explained what he found and what the concerns were related to my issue. I would recommend and use this company again.
