Steve is the best service person that I have ever had. He installed our new hot water heater last year and did a wonderful job. He came back this year for a regular maintenance checkup he is always polite always comes on time and always cleans up after himself. I am grateful that he is the person who returned this year I trust him and what he tells me about my appliances. more

Our service call was for two of our three toilets flushing slowly. When Steve P arrived he checked all of our toilets, kitchen sink for it's draining and then went to the basement to check the main drain. After investigating the condition we reported he gave us his evaluation of our problem and reviewed our options. After we discussed and asked questions we decided on replacing all three of our toilets. Steve P was decisive and seemed to manage the logistics of getting three Toto toilets flawlessly and in a timely manner. Steve P worked from the moment he arrived at our house and didn't stop until the toilets were installed and he had cleaned up after himself. He was very polite, knowledgeable and seemed empowered to provide us with product and service we required. Impressed with Steve P as a person and a technician / plumber. more

Doctor Fix-It came out to fix the electrical in my guest room in my basement. Setting up the appointment was super easy. They called to let me know when Justin would be on his way. When Justin arrived he was totally professional and friendly. He was able to fix my problem in no time! On his way out, he asked if I had anything else to fix. I mentioned a light in the kitchen that wasn't working. Fixed that too! Great customer service. Quality work! more

Our kitchen sink completely clogged without warning and was flooding and draining while the dishwasher was running. We called Dr Fix It and they sent out Jeremi the same day, and he quickly found the problem. He dismantled the pipes, cleaned them out, and put them back together better than before. He was well prepared with all the necessary tools and even put all our stuff stored under the sink back nicely in its place. Jeremi was also very friendly and explained everything plainly. more

My wife & I were very pleased with the service from Justin & his happy crew. After looking at the dead circuit we had, he suggested a new fuse box to replace our 44 year old one. I kind of choked at the price but mentioned that I was planning replace our 44 year old furnace this year due to headaches & a few monoxide alarms over last winter. He jumped on the phone & got financing for the whole thing in very short order. After the install was done, which was beautiful, he put us in an even better financing deal which saved us 17% in interest. The equipment they installed was top quality & way better than the units we talked about in the price book he had. Nobody has ever, ever done that kind of great business for me & I've been around for 66 years! When was the last time anyone found a better financing package for you after the fact? For anything? My wife is in love with the whole crew, who were clean, neat, punctual & incredibly friendly. When we asked about a few other things such as our 1968 aluminum wiring Terry checked it out & showed us how to fix things at no charge. The furnace is very quiet & has a lot of power for our 1600 sq ft house. Their phone people were great too and the website was so easy to use. The website even had real live & super friendly customer service people answering my questions right away, as did their phone center. If I ever have another big problem, I'm calling them. They work hard at getting the job done well & make sure you are happy before they're done! more

After his crew called to let Jon know our house was experiencing sewer line issues for the second time in several months (I had used a different company the first time), he went out of his way to bring a camera and explore the line with them while I watched and he explained to me what we were seeing. He pointed out good spots and a couple trouble areas that needed to be addressed and provided several detailed options for how we might take care of them. I appreciated his experience as a plumber because I felt his recommendations were based on resolving the problem in a way that worked best for us, and not simply selling us a service. I will be calling him to schedule our long-term solution, and I am thankful to have found such a great person and company to work with! more
