Our service call was for two of our three toilets flushing slowly. When Steve P arrived he checked all of our toilets, kitchen sink for it's draining and then went to the basement to check the main drain. After investigating the condition we reported he gave us his evaluation of our problem and reviewed our options. After we discussed and asked questions we decided on replacing all three of our toilets. Steve P was decisive and seemed to manage the logistics of getting three Toto toilets flawlessly and in a timely manner. Steve P worked from the moment he arrived at our house and didn't stop until the toilets were installed and he had cleaned up after himself. He was very polite, knowledgeable and seemed empowered to provide us with product and service we required. Impressed with Steve P as a person and a technician / plumber.
