Terry quickly diagnosed and resolved the issue 2/6/2014

Terry T was extremely professional and courteous. He made sure to wear his booties, when coming in and out of the snow. We had been without power to our kitchen lights for nearly a week. Terry quickly diagnosed and resolved the issue. I was extremely grateful, as Terry had to work outside in -2 F temperatures with the breaker box. I will ask for Terry T. again, if we need additional electrical work done. more

Review for Walter Ziegler and Justin Morgan 2/6/2014

I had my furnace inspected by Justin Morgan and then completely cleaned by Walter Ziegler. Walter also removed some dirty padding in the venting and installed a Nest thermostat for me. Both did a great job and both provided excellent customer service. I highly recommend them and Dr. Fix It. Thank you very very much! more

Both service calls were done in a timely manner, with knowledgeable and pleasant people (Andy and Treavor) Dispatch (Adam and Melissa) did an awesome job of keeping me posted on when they would arrive. Awesome Company & Service!! 1/30/2014

In the future I will definitely use Dr. Fix-It for all of my plumbing, heating and electrical needs! The dispatchers were friendly and helpful and scheduled me in a timely matter. John M., supervisor, was hands on and went above the call of duty to make sure that my plumbing problem was taken care of and answered all of my questions to my fullest satisfaction! And I'm not an easy customer to please! John M. and Detlif, technician, were professional, competent and courteous! As painful as plumbing experiences can be! Lol! I would do it all over again with John M. and Detliff from Dr. Fix-It!! You guys rock!!! more

Service Rendered 1/28/2014

Terry Toliver came to our house today (1/28/14) to fix a GFI outlet that was newly replaced in December. After spending MUCH time reviewing the electrical circuit "anatomy" of our house, he was able to deduce that the breaker was tripped even though it appeared not to have tripped. He was professional, courteous, detail-oriented, very thorough and extremely personable. Loved talking with him as much as we appreciate the service he rendered! Thank you, Terry! more

Review for Jeremi 1/16/2014

Jeremi represented Dr. Fix-It, meeting him for the first time. He had a clean uniform on, driving a Dr. Fix-It monogrammed vehicle, and presented himself as a professional, even putting booties on his shoes so as to not track in dirt. He was a good listener and asked lots of questions so he could pin down my problem. He was not pushy with his suggestions, only offering different alternatives to solve the problem. He was extremely polite and likable and had a definite concern about the proper solution that would best fix the the situation. He is a major asset to the company and no one cannot like him and his personality. I was impressed. more

Adam McQ's Customer Review 1/16/2014

Adam was very knowledgeable and trustworthy. I had no idea why my problem was happening with the sewer line. He explained that his company sees this all the time. I had tree roots attacking the clay sewer piping from both sides (sewer line was between two trees in the front of my house). I had no proper clean out access, which was in the basement bathroom. Therefore the only solution was to replace the sewer and fix this problem for good, plus add an access to the line outside the house in the front yard. Adam saw I was nervous about this whole procedure and he said I did not have to worry, his company has completed sewer line replacements thousands of times and the crew that would complete the work were experts. I was extremely pleased with the work and the entire process. Adam gave me his cell phone if I had any other questions and I had to call him at least three times! What a gentleman! Dual Visit 1/13/2014

Today, I received service from Eric N. for a shower faucet replacement, and Justin Morgan, for an HVAC inspection. Both men were extremely professional and totally competent. They both fully explained what they would do and the cost of dealing with my respective issues. I was extremely pleased with their professionalism. My only caveat is an apparent disconnect between your online chat feature and actual contact with the dispatcher. I used the chat feature on Thursday and again on Saturday to get a Monday appointment. On both days, I was promised a phone call to set the actual appointment, but the call never happened. I was about to give up, but Melissa, the dispatcher, called me this morning to schedule the two appointments. Perhaps it was just a busy time, but I did receive the service on the day I requested. Melissa was very friendly and professional, and the technicians arrived, as scheduled. All in all, I am very pleased with the service I received. Ted K. more

Excellent Service! 1/13/2014

We had an HVAC system installed by Dr. Fix-It that was inspected by the county and they found a few items that needed modification. Terry came to fix the items. He was prompt and courteous and efficient. We would be glad to have him come back again to address any future electrical problems we might have. He's a real Pro! more

Furnace 1/10/2014

John was fantastic. Got us up and running again. What Brothers Plumbing couldn't do, John did. I used the Doctor for my Swamp cooler and came back because of the professionalism of the technician. The Doctor will be my go to guys for all my future needs....and on another note, VERY affordable. Thanks John!! more

Service Specialist 1/6/2014

Justin Brown from Doctor Fix-it analyzed and tested both our switch and corresponding outlet that was not functioning properly. He explained what had to be done, the cost, and approximately the time it would take to replace. With that agreement, he made the repair in short time and also went out of his way to solve the problem of why my dollhouse would not work using this repaired outlet. It is either the transformer or a loose connection on the dollhouse wiring. His extra effort and friendly helpfulness will bring us back for additional services when needed. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend him in the future. more

Great Service! 1/3/2014

Our fireplace broke leaving us over night without heat, Doctor Fix-it sent Treavor out ASAP and was able to fix it on the spot. Great service and I would definitely do buissness with them again. more
