Diamond Lube Ctr & Car Wash

BEWARE. Total GARBAGE. Their employees drive cars into wash and broke my almost $270-to-replace power antenna because they forgot to put it down. Owner refused to pay a dime, even after I got n immediate quote from my dealer to replace almost $300 antenna. BEWARE of this POS place.\r \r My Oil Change came with a free car wash apparently, and when the driver of the car, drove through the car wash, he didn't look for an antenna, or think to turn off the radio in an obviously older model year car, and went through the car wash with my power, retracting antenna fully extended. \r \r Of course, I noticed when another attendant was handing me the key (IE, car was off), the antenna was extending out of the car about 12 or so inches, which is odd, because it was not fully retracted, nor fully extended, instantly, I knew something was wrong. \r \r I advise the employee of this, and as soon as I say something he scurries away saying ""talk to the owner behind the desk"". So, I do, and like a broken record, he keeps saying ""THE SIGN SAYS PUT DOWN YOUR ANTENNA"" ... well, it was YOUR EMPLOYEE who drove it, not me. Still, back to broken record, ""THE SIGN SAYS PUT DOWN YOUR ANTENNA"". I immediately go get a quote to fix the antenna from the dealer, and with parts and labor, it is nearly $300 on a printed quote from the dealer, on paper. Still, this ass-hat refuses to pay a dime, and again, plays the broken record. ""THE SIGN SAYS PUT DOWN YOUR ANTENNA"" Total GARBAGE, POS business and an mockery of an excuse for an ethical business owner. AVOID AT ALL COSTS. Go to Beaches Car Wash by the beach, much better atmosphere, nice employees, and they actually do a decent job of cleaning your car for $50. more

Quick and thorough, and the price was worth it. Definitely coming back. more

I HAD JUST PUT A WINNING LOTTERY TICKET TO CASH IN IN MY CONSOLE OF MY CAR TO CASH IN AFTER THE CAR WASH. ONE OF THE GUYS THERE STOLE IT AND SOMEONE ALSO SCRATCHED THE HOOD OF MY NEW CAR, I THINK JUST TO BE NASTY. CALLED THE CAR WASH LATER TO LET OWNER KNOW AND WAS BASICALLY TOLD, TOO BAD! I PURCHASED AN UPGRADE CAR WASH AND TIPPED VERY WELL. WILL NEVER GIVE THEM MY BUSINESS AGAIN! more

I pulled up to get an oil change and a car wash, I informed the attendant there that the last time I was in here they put 10W 40 oil in my car instead of the manufacturer's required 5W 40. Get this.........the attendant ask me how many miles are on my car and when I told him over 100K he informed me ""that's why we put in the 10W 40 and not charge you for the upgrade"".........Who is this guy tring to BS......... only an engineer. I wonder how many car warranties this guy has invalidated. I would think that if the manufacturer wanted 10W 40 oil to be used in the car after 100K miles they would have put it in the owner's manual and specifications. more

My in laws take both of their vehicles to Diamond and rave about it so I thought I would give them a try. The young man who initially took my vehicle was polite enough, the lady at the counter seemed preoccupied and in no big hurry to take my money even though I was the only one there. After leaving and getting half of the way home, I realized that the dash was given very little attention and the back seat had not been vacuumed. I turned around and went back to the original man who I spoke with. He apologized and brought the vacuum over and gave me a towel at my request so I could wipe down my own dashboard because he just looked at it and grinned asking who was working on my truck ( not to mention he touched me inappropriately on my hip and mentioned how much he liked my tattoos about 5 times). Today I get in the very back of the truck ( where the #rd row was down) and noticed they didn't touch it at all. The cup holders were dirty the floor was a mess. Looks like they only washed the window. I would like to add that i bought the delux treatment and was treated like a fool. I called to speak to a manager a few minutes ago and told them about my experience and that i would not be coming back anbd did not even get a ""have a nice day"" they rudely said o.k and hung up, made no attempt to fix the matter. i guess they dont need my business. more

I am honestly quite surprised to see all negative reviews about Diamond Wash here. I have been frequenting Diamond Wash for ~2 years now and have had very good service ~95% of the time. The regular wash is a decent price and they do a very good job, the $39.99 hand wax is also a very good value. more

This is the worst car wash that I have ever been to. Car was not even remotely cleaned. When we were asked to look at the inside of the car to see if it was ok, I was SHOCKED. It looked like they had not even touched the car. We asked them to clean it again and they told us that they did their best and that they couldn't do any better. Was sent to talk to the OWNER (Mustafa). What a joke! I can honestly say that he is the RUDEST person that I have ever met in my life. He told us that he didn't care that the car looked bad. He said that the interior couldn't be cleaned any better and that he doesn't guarantor a clean car, that he guarantees the best that they can. Even employees admitted that it was still dirty, but that the owner wouldn't buy better supplies. If you can afford to waste money and have to pay someone else to do it right, then this is the place to go. CROOKS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! more

the lady at the counter is really nice. but be prepared to tip heavily. if you do not, you will receive perverse and rude comments from the attendants. because of the ONE time i paid with a credit card and had no cash on me they have lost my business permanently. Took My Car to them for Clean up. Car wash did not even clean the car.!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Left residue on Paint. Interior was spot vacd. wipe down was no good!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Tire wet was cheap kind, Came off all over sides of car. Wasted Money!!!!!!!!!! Cons: They do not know how to Wash a car!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! more

Took my car in for a detail early Friday morning - and asked that my car be given the best detail package - including a clay rub on the exterior befor they hand wax it - and clean the interior with the expertise one would expect in a detail they say they give. I even paid extra for front headlights cleaning. Pros: they will gladly take your money Cons: Poor service and staff that really don't care more

Let me preface this by saying that Diamond Lube and Car Wash offers a wide range of car care services for a good price. They changed my oil, vacuumed my car's interior, washed the exterior, checked the air in my tires, checked the air filters, checked the timing belt, refilled my windshield wiper fluid, refilled my transmission fluid, and checked about a dozen other components -- all for about $35. Good price. That's where the benefits end, though. The staff cares very little for their customers; I was treated as an annoyance instead of a paying customer. For starters, the mechanic I dealt with was incredibly rude. I was waiting at the stop sign they have set up before the garage and he told me to pull up. I assumed he wanted me to pull into the garage, so I did so. Right away, he begins yelling at me to stop and scolding me for not listening to his directions. Apparently he told me to pull up to the stop sign even though I was already at the stop sign. He asked if this was my first time here, and when I said that it was, he had the audacity to roll his eyes at me. Unbelievable. I went inside, paid the man behind the counter, and waited for them to finish working on my car. When they had finished, nobody bothered to check the lobby to let me know, so I ended up waiting an extra 20 minutes for nothing. After that, they pulled my car up to the car wash station. When I got in to leave, there were already cars behind me, so I couldn't just back up and leave -- there wasn't enough room. I had to sit in my car and inch forward in line through the car wash stations just so I could leave. I managed to get the attention of one of the attendants so I could ask him how to get out of there, and he gave me a terse set of instructions before walking off without waiting for a response. I eventually managed to navigate my way through the parking lot, but it took an extra five minutes to do so. In short, my visit to Diamond Lube & Car Wash was a horrible experience. If you're looking for a complete set of car care services at an affordable price but don't mind being treated like dirt, this is the place for you. Pros: Affordable and convenient Cons: Horrendous customer service more

Horrible experience. Paid $30 to have interior of my car cleaned and noticed immediately that the interior had barely been touched and now smelled like garbage. I pointed out that there were very obvious dirt spots on the dash and passenger door and that there was still sand and debris all over the backseat which had clearly not been touched with a vacuum. I asked that those areas be cleaned again and waited an additional 20 minutes. When I checked again those areas (which were in clear sight) still had not been cleaned. I told the manager about my experience and he told me that he had been genereous by giving me a second ""wash"" free. I then asked if I could borrow a vacuum and a rag and did it myself. It took no extraordinary effort and less then five minutes to clean the areas they had twice failed to clean. Unless you take pleasure in wasting time and money I suggest you NEVER USE DIAMOND CAR WASH!!! Pros: None to speak of Cons: I litterally resorted to borrowing their supplies and cleaning the car myself after they twice failed to do it. more
