I am honestly quite surprised to see all negative reviews about Diamond Wash here.
I have been frequenting Diamond Wash for ~2 years now and have had very good service ~95% of the time. The regular wash is a decent price and they do a very good job, the $39.99 hand wax is also a very good value.
