This salon SUCKS! 5/15/2010

This is the first salon that I have seen that if you miss or cancel your appointment after 5 times you need to pre-pay for your services!!! What a horrible way of doing business, I have been a client for over 2 years and of course I will need to cancel or not make my appointment due to LIFE, I have a kid for crying out loud! VERY BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!? more

I've been going to Amy for a year and she knows what I mean when I explain a hair style and she always gets it done so well! Also Amy is friendly and talkative the whole time! Pros: Always friendly and does exactly what you want Cons: $50 every time kinda sucks but it really is worth it more

used to go to a salon in tempe but they closed so i tried cosmos. I was very happy with my hair and she even did a deep conditioner for free with my service. It is very well worth my half hour drive knowing i will have nice hair free of roots Pros: very timely... finished early more

i recently visited cosmos while i was on a business trip. I had a facial and a massage with gina and was very pleased with the customer serivce. They were running specials which was nice to see especially in this economy. I will definetly be back. Pros: nice employees relaxing atmosphere more

I arrived 10 minutes early to my apt and margaret my waxer was waiting for me ready to go. I felt my service was done in a timely manner and right after that my pedicure with Kelly M. was all set to go. Definetly felt like they cared about me and that they wanted to give me the best spa experience i could get. I will for sure be back. Pros: got right in, felt like a princess! Cons: very busy, but its becuase they are good!!! more

the staff is so nice here! Kelsey krystina sandy dana and cosmo are so nice to me everytime i come in!! they do several services such as eyebrow waxing, eyelash tinting, massages, u name it. I always feel so welcome here its nice to have that feeling. They are the type of people that would give u the shirt off of their back i mean they would do anything for their customers. Maria waxes my eyebrows as well as Margaret and its so calming. Very professional, clean, and freidnly salon. Pros: nice friendly girls Cons: nada more

this beautiful salon is the same salon i have been going to for over 10 years. The staff is always helpful, friendly and they accomodate to any needs or wants i may have. I see several different stylists and i have never had a bad experience. I enjoy when they are on the news its always fun to see someone u know!!! They have soft cookies and freshly brewed coffee everytime i come in. The receptionist team is always so busy but when the get to u, u are given the same amount of time the last person had. I would recommend this wonderful salon to anyone i know. Sandy and Cosmo would do anything for their clients. Try this place... you Will NOT BE DISAPPOINTED!!! i promise!! This is a beautiful salon with friendly staff members. I don't understand why people think this salon is snobby. I'm a lowly teacher with little disposable income and I never get a hard sell and I always get treated well. Same for my husband. Danielle B. is AMAZING. She has the fastest hands in the West and is friendly and professional. When I leave Cosmos, I feel great. So, yeah, my highlight, color, and cut costs $125, but I always know without a doubt that I will leave looking good and it only takes about 90 minutes. You get what you pay for, I guess. Give Cosmos a try, and ask for Danielle. You won't regret it. more

good colorist but poor front service 7/28/2008

went several times due to good coloring but continued to have issues with appts. being double booked, booked incorrectly and stylist not there, sitting by cold water fountain with wet head waiting for haircut. worst is being overcharged by girls at front who can't add tip correctly to bill Pros: color Cons: prepare to wait and reschedule - not reliable more

Great cuts, colors and day spa!!! 9/14/2007

I have been going to Cosmos for seven years and have not once had a bad experience! My hairdresser moved away and recommended a new one, whom I've been going to for the past two years (Lexie). I have gotten compliments on every hairstyle and color that I have ever gotten there! Staff is friendly, professional and doesn't pressure you to buy all the products they have used on you. Pros: they moved to a bigger building on power rd. to accomodate more parking and it's helped a lot! Cons: i haven't experienced anything negative there, ever. more

Absolutly the best in town my stylist was Sara D. and her assistant was Bethany I left there feeling like a new woman she cut and colored my very thick hair without one complaint.Was understanding of my time constraints very professional and knoledgable I love it.My huband says the best Ive look in 10 years thanks Cosmos more

this place was exellent. i went to get my hair done about a week ago and when i came out of that place i looked fabulous. i got so many compliments on my hair!!! i would highly recommend kelsey to do your hair. I went to Cosmos the other day and I loved it! I had a weave and color done to my hair and my hair has never looked better. I highly recommend Cosmos to everyone because they are a great business that helps others look fabulous! The front desk girls were not only friendly as well, but they were willing to help me and they made sure that everyone that was waiting was helped already. I love Cosmos! For really great haircuts - Go see Sara D! 1/31/2007

So, I was going to a place right across the street, but my hair was just getting boring or I was just getting bored with it. I needed a change. I called Cosmos and set up an appointment with Sara D. I had no idea what to expect, given the area that I live in, and I wasn't terribly specific with her. I just didn't want a standard haircut like so many of the other women in the area.
