This is the first salon that I have seen that if you miss or cancel your appointment after 5 times you need to pre-pay for your services!!! What a horrible way of doing business, I have been a client for over 2 years and of course I will need to cancel or not make my appointment due to LIFE, I have a kid for crying out loud! VERY BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!?
