Upholstery and carpet cleaning Service. Couch looks like new, pets odors eliminated. Carpet looks better that it ever has. Much superior to the "$79.00/3 room" specials found elsewhere. Low pressure on the sales side, did not try to "pressure" me into "extra" services. Highly recommended. Will use again. more

Overcharged and filthy sink 3/27/2015

We were overcharged per the original quote, guys emptied tanks in our bathroom sink leaving it dirty, and finally when I called and asked for a manager, the receptionist took a message and I haven't heard back from anyone since more

Coit made every effort to work with me and get the job completed before I had to leave my house. The technician was professional and friendly and my carpets look great! They are on time and while expensive, worth the cost. more

Duct Cleaning 3/25/2015

I had duct work cleaned in my house that was built in 93. The two service guys (Jeff & Don) did a great job. They were professionally dressed, very polite, and worked hard the entire time. I was very satisfied with their services. more

Courteous and great as usual 3/24/2015

My only issue was small but I had to call because even though my appointment was in the A.M., it was getting close to noon before the technicians arrived. But the woman who answered the phone was very helpful and quick to respond. The technicians were very nice and worked very quickly while also paying attention to detail. I will use Coit again. more

Jason did a very professional job. Called first, arrived shortly thereafter and worked through the four areas professionally. Answered all my questions and explained drying times and areas that may be slippery(tile floor next to wet carpet). I will use COIT again and recommend. We liked his shoe laces! more

customer service lacking, cleaning was good 3/21/2015

i had set up an appointment online for a inspection and cleaning to be done on the same day. when the inspector arrived he said i was only down for an inspection, he called the office and the receptionist and she said i did not have a cleaning set, however i have the original conformation email showing i had in fact set up for a inspection and a cleaning. the inspector waived my service fee, and he was very nice and professional. i quite enjoyed speaking with him. he set me for a cleaning for the following weekend. the cleaner wasn't very personable but his work was exceptional. aside from the receptionist screwing up my appointment and not even taking credit for it, the overall experience was satisfactory. more
