i had set up an appointment online for a inspection and cleaning to be done on the same day. when the inspector arrived he said i was only down for an inspection, he called the office and the receptionist and she said i did not have a cleaning set, however i have the original conformation email showing i had in fact set up for a inspection and a cleaning. the inspector waived my service fee, and he was very nice and professional. i quite enjoyed speaking with him. he set me for a cleaning for the following weekend. the cleaner wasn't very personable but his work was exceptional. aside from the receptionist screwing up my appointment and not even taking credit for it, the overall experience was satisfactory.
