We came back from vacation and our water heater wasn't working (always something wrong when we return from vacation). Ben Franklin came same day and replaced a fried control panel, but we discussed replacing it. I have been considering a tankless unit, but the price has been too high. Prices have come down and, with rebates, was close to the price of a replacement. The heater stopped working again (same problem) and he came out and fixed it free of charge. We made arrangements to replace it the following week. They showed up on time, removing the old unit and installing the tankless unit. They were very professional, cleaned up, and put back everything that they needed to move. The tankless is wonderful. Highly recommended. more

Excellent experience with Ben Franklin. 9/26/2010

Charles did an excellent job on connecting our sump pump drainage water to our downspout drain pipe. He was very professional in his manner. He worked very neatly and cleaned up totally with the hose when he finished. It is great that we longer have that sump pump water washing mulch over our sidewalk. I would recommend him and Ben Franklin to anyone who asked for a plumber. We will call Ben Franklin in the future if we need more work done. Phyllis Butler more

We've stuck with them because they are quick to answer our calls, they show up on time and when promised, and the work is always excellent, at a reasonable price. Ben Franklin Plumbing is very clean and neat. They cleaned up after themselves and wore booties over their shoes whenever they were in the house. They were very concerned about keeping everything neat and clean. They were very friendly and courteous. I really enjoyed how they worked and how they treated the home and me. I used them 4 years ago, when Charles had England's Plumbing, and they fixed a toilet problem for me. I haven't had a problem with it since. This time I had them put in a sump pump. While I haven't had any issue before, I travel a lot, so I thought it would be good to have one just in case. I would highly recommend them from Charles England right on down. They are very professional and clean. They have clean uniforms, and their trucks are kept clean. They look like a professional company, and once they are in the house they act in a professional manner. They are a great company that does fantastic work; the people are as nice as can be. more

Ben Franklin Plumbing just finished the job. They were pleasant and easy to work with. The quote was the same as another plumber I talked to, and they gave me a discount. They converted my pump. It was my first time using Ben Franklin Plumbing, and they were really professional. They didn't try to argue with me, like the other plumber did. They were really pleasant. They cleaned up after themselves and wore booties inside the house. Considering the plumbers I've dealt with, they were the best. They went out of the their way for me. more
