your tech arrived at the time he promised. he completed the work as promised. there have been no more gas leaks since he left the house. he was polite , friendly and professional. if chelsea heating and cooling had done their job correctly in the first place... well thats another story. oh by the way, when the chelsea tech came out, he looked at the furnace and said, oh i don't have the parts to fix that, dion't know when i will get them in. and we did not do the gas lines. Chelsea Heating and Cooling are all over my furnaces. i checked w/ charles wilkinson. he said that indeed chelsea did install the furnaces and gas lines! more

Charlie England and his team are real pros. They installed a new natural gas boiler in our house about 3 months ago. Charlie patiently explained the entire process to us and beat every competitor's price by about 3k. Charlie is very honest and exceeded all our expectations. We feel lucky to have found these guys! We would definitely recommend them! more

Andrew came for what we thought was a simple clogged kitchen sink but he found that it was more extensive due to poor workmanship by our builder. It was a horrible, messy, dirty job and Andrew was so nice and professional! He did a wonderful job!! more

We had an exceptional experience with benjamin Franklin Plumbing and specifically, their representatives Charles England and Andrew Yarnall. They were professional, knowledgeable, punctual and efficient in their work. The weather was horrible and they had to work outside in a location that was difficult to get to. There was no irritation or frustration - - just a very positive demeanor. The work area was also perfectly clean when they left it and the problem seems to be repaired given that we have had no further issues. I was also very appreciative that they went well above and beyond to accommodate some special needs that we had as a customer. Our large dog had knee surgery a few days prior to their visiting our home and it was critical that we keep her calm and immobile. As with many dogs, strange noises and visitors in the house is a combination that would overly excite her and make it difficult to keep her immobile. Suffice it to say that she slept almost the entire time they were here - - waking only when her pain medication had worn off. This was because they entered our home from the basement - - which wasn't convenient for them - - and then managed the volume of their voices/work so that it couldn't be heard upstairs. I didn't think it possible to have anyone in our home, especially someone repairing items, and our dog not hear them. They also seemed genuinely concerned about her well being and therefore didnt' seem aggitated by the additional complexity for this job. I can't thank Charlie or Andrew enough. This was a great experience and I would highly recommend Benjamin Franklin to our friends, neighbors and family. more

The response to our broken water heater was as good as it could possible be. Everyone I talked to was very cooperative and efficient. We had the problem identified and the water heater replaced within hours of making the first call to Benjamin Franklin. Thanks to all for a great job. more

Charles and the technician that executed my installation were both true professionals. Prior to installation I had a number of estimates done for the project, and while this was not the cheapest of the estimates, I felt the level of service and professionalism more than made up for the price gap. We contacted Benjamin Franklin of Chester County after a job with another local plumber started to reveal problems. We asked the folks @ Benjamin Franklin to give us an independent opinion and for advice moving forward. Within two minutes of the visit, the problem was idendified and the we had a game plan. We were given different options to choose from along the way, and a full entire explanation of what they would cost and their impact well before we agreed to moving in any direction. The recommendations for other local folks (including an electrician) were spot on. Our problem was ultimately resolved with great results, and we only wish we contacted Benjamin Franklin to begin with. They will be our first call from now on, and we couldnt' recommend them more highly. more

Contact with owner was immediate. Service was punctual, exact and professional every time. They were willing to figure out the problems, suggest solutions, follow-up on solutions and be available to help out as needed. Owner called to find out about our satisfaction after the job was complete. Our entire experience with this crew was over a seven week period of time to correct a problem created by another company.
