I called Ben Franklin of Chester County the operator took all my info and asked a few questions then connected me with the plumber. He was at my house within 2 hours of my phone call! I will recommend Charles to everyone! more

Very courteous and worked clean. 7/25/2011

Only issue was the supply warehouse was closed when he went to get the part. Had to leave and stay elsewhere due to plumbing needed to stay turned off. more

Dishwasher Installation 6/29/2011

We were very pleased with the work provided by Ben Franklin Plumbing. Mr. Charlie England was a great source of support to us as we were dealing with a variety of needs from a first time ever flood. He managed to schedule us the day we called. Andrew, the plumber assigned, arrived on time and I would imagine more than ready to end his day. He was however professional, polite and completed the installation in a timely manner. The follow-up call was a welcome chance to share our gratitude. all in all we were very pleased witht the experience. more

The service was on time and the staff were pleasant. However, the cost of the repairs were only $146 less than to replace and install my entire water heater. All I needed was a pressure release. I feel I was talked into more repairs than I needed and taken advantage of. I would not recommend. more

We always use service magic and have never been disappointed. This year we got our cleaning service, had a refrig repaired and concrete installed. We also used Ben Franklin to clean out our main drain. They were EXCELLENT. more

My first experience with BF was great. They came quickly, diagnosed my problem quickly, scheduled time to fix the problem quickly, called when they said they'd call, and came when they said they would come. Problem appears to be fixed. Great service! more

Very pleased with the expertise and professionalism of the Ben Franklin team. We did have a minor misunderstanding on what was originally promised regarding a gas line that we were running to our stove top, but Ben Franklin quickly made it right. Kudos to them. more

Main drain clogged by tree roots 5/19/2011

The man from Ben Franklin left a huge mess in our basment and constantly complained about the work he needed to do. The line was not cleared. I called another service provider for a quote for the work and he did the job cleared the tree roots out and claned up after himself for $200.00 less than Ben Franklin!!! more

The technician, Andrew Yarnell did a nice job doing the flush and drain of my water heater, though right before he left he & I both heard a pinging noise still coming from within the unit. He told me if we still hear the noise next week, I should call them and let them know. I just wanted this to be documented. Thank you, Mrs. Miller more

The technician arrived on time, assessed the problem rapidly, Obtained the required parts and did the work well. I have no complaints about the service call or the work done. The technician was courteous and professional, although the published pricing for speific jobs seems high. more
