We were very pleased with the work provided by Ben Franklin Plumbing. Mr. Charlie England was a great source of support to us as we were dealing with a variety of needs from a first time ever flood. He managed to schedule us the day we called. Andrew, the plumber assigned, arrived on time and I would imagine more than ready to end his day. He was however professional, polite and completed the installation in a timely manner. The follow-up call was a welcome chance to share our gratitude. all in all we were very pleased witht the experience.
