Installed a gas line when I couldnt find anyone else to do it. Great service, fair price. Polite worker, very nice and did a great job. Free estimate and the estimate price was honored with no problem. I would recommend them! more

We recently purchased a new home in Chester county and needed some significant plumbing repair. We installed a tankless hot water system, water neutralizer, and whole house water filter. Charles Englund did a wonderful job for us in all areas. He is impeccable in how he works, very professional, and completes the work timely. Would definitely call him back for any future plumbing needs. more

This is a womderful full plumbing company. Tops in fireplace problem solving! 1/31/2012

I had a problem with my gas fireplace and was afraid it was a really big problem as it kept sputtering off as soon as I turned it on. Charles England (Ben Franklin Chester County franchise owner) had the problem fixed in 20 minutes...unit just needed a good cleaning. I would highly recommend Benjamin Franklin Plumbing to anyone, but especially to our neighbors who have fireplaces. more

I received service the same day that I called. I'm a reapeat customer. I can't say enough about the service... knowlegeable technician (ask for Charlie England), curteous and deliver on what they promise. Their prices could be better... the "Service Level" payment is hard to follow or understand. I would prefer to see a breakdown of labor (based on time at location) and parts (based on components used/installed)... this would help customers understand what they are paying for. more
