I had a problem with my gas fireplace and was afraid it was a really big problem as it kept sputtering off as soon as I turned it on. Charles England (Ben Franklin Chester County franchise owner) had the problem fixed in 20 minutes...unit just needed a good cleaning. I would highly recommend Benjamin Franklin Plumbing to anyone, but especially to our neighbors who have fireplaces.
