I received service the same day that I called. I'm a reapeat customer. I can't say enough about the service... knowlegeable technician (ask for Charlie England), curteous and deliver on what they promise.
Their prices could be better... the "Service Level" payment is hard to follow or understand. I would prefer to see a breakdown of labor (based on time at location) and parts (based on components used/installed)... this would help customers understand what they are paying for.
