We came back from vacation and our water heater wasn't working (always something wrong when we return from vacation). Ben Franklin came same day and replaced a fried control panel, but we discussed replacing it. I have been considering a tankless unit, but the price has been too high. Prices have come down and, with rebates, was close to the price of a replacement.
The heater stopped working again (same problem) and he came out and fixed it free of charge. We made arrangements to replace it the following week.
They showed up on time, removing the old unit and installing the tankless unit. They were very professional, cleaned up, and put back everything that they needed to move. The tankless is wonderful.
