Ben Franklin Plumbing is very clean and neat. They cleaned up after themselves and wore booties over their shoes whenever they were in the house. They were very concerned about keeping everything neat and clean. They were very friendly and courteous. I really enjoyed how they worked and how they treated the home and me.
I used them 4 years ago, when Charles had England's Plumbing, and they fixed a toilet problem for me. I haven't had a problem with it since. This time I had them put in a sump pump. While I haven't had any issue before, I travel a lot, so I thought it would be good to have one just in case.
I would highly recommend them from Charles England right on down. They are very professional and clean. They have clean uniforms, and their trucks are kept clean. They look like a professional company, and once they are in the house they act in a professional manner. They are a great company that does fantastic work; the people are as nice as can be.
