Charles did an excellent job on connecting our sump pump drainage water to our downspout drain pipe. He was very professional in his manner. He worked very neatly and cleaned up totally with the hose when he finished. It is great that we longer have that sump pump water washing mulch over our sidewalk. I would recommend him and Ben Franklin to anyone who asked for a plumber. We will call Ben Franklin in the future if we need more work done.
