It is a pain ever since I purchased the Lexus ES 300 from Championship Motors in Redmond. The third day after the purchase the PVC light came on; the fifth day after the purchase there was a large leak spot on our driveway. Then I left the car for NuMark Automotive to repair. NuMark called and said there is bad news and worse news. The worst news was that the engine was shot. Because of the state of the bearings and cam, they would recommend off loading the car as soon as possible as the engine would fail soon and should be replaced. more

Like many people, I have purchased a lot of vehicles and usually had buyer's remorse when I bought from a used car dealer. This is absolutely not the case with Championship Motors. I feel I got a great car at a great price and was treated fairly and with a great deal of respect. They have some nice cars there. The Nissan Quest I bought was immaculate and the salesman actually knew what he was talking about for this car. I was reluctant to go there originally because of other reviews, but I am glad I did buy there. They helped after the sale as well. I would strongly recommend them. more

My wife and I recently purchased a used Mercedes SLK230 from Championship Motors and we could not be happier. Not only did we pay a below market price but we got a great car that had only 1 previous owner in Bellevue. Jared Voelker the sales manager was friendly, honest and very accurate in his description of the car and the real value of the vehicle. The buying process was fun, efficient and without pressure, as we explained there were other vehicles we wanted to check out before buying. We got a great financing rate from their bank and I would urge everybody looking for quality and value in a used vehicle to check out our friends at Championship Motors. more

It seems like they dont wanna sell their cars 4/18/2012

Save yourself some time and from some rude behavior and look somewhere else. I went to there over the last weekend to look for the first car for a Friend who is new to this area. We clearly communicatd our budget $8-$10K and otehr requirements. He seemed to be totally not interested. Looking at their inventory what I can tell is that $8 - $10K is their median inventory range. I have no idea why he was showing suich ""i dont care"" attitude. We browsed all by ourselves and wanted to test drive a car and he said they were short on staff because of weekend and told us to come back duirng a weekday. Well... 1. We both are full time working professionals and weekday does not fit for us 2. I could see there was another person in the office and there were no other customers in the shop at all... Absolutely no idea why this attitude, but I am for sure never going back nor recommending anyone to be near that shop! more

I recommend anyone to go there 4/18/2012

I have purchased 3 cars from Championship Motors over the last 6 years and have been extremely satisfied with the cars and the service provided each time. Not only were they very patient with me and let me check out as many vehicles as I wanted, but also were not pushy at all. The owners were upfront and honest about everything, this is a used car dealership, so it is common for some cars to have past issues, which the owners check out and resolve before selling the car. During the recession, many used car dealerships in the area went out of business. Chamionship Motors stayed in business because it is a well run, fantastic dealership with friendly salesmen and honest owners! I recommend anyone to go there and at least see for themselves before passing it up because of the other reviews on this place. more

Terrible experience so far 2/24/2008

While I still hold out some small hope that I will be able to come back at some point and ""upgrade"" this review, at this point I give a solid 1 star rating to this firm. They sold me a used Infiniti without telling me that the air conditioning was defective. The mechanical defect was hidden by the removal of the a/c belt. When I took it in to be serviced (almost immediately) the misrepresentation was discovered by my mechanic and confirmed by the dealer. Cons: Lack of integrity more

Poor experience 2/22/2008

They talked a good line and seem to have decent prices, but something didn't ring true. Little things like not letting you drive the car until they got you into a certain section of town. They made a huge deal out of the massive inspections they supposedly do of every car, yet things like dome lights, four way flashers etc. didn't work. many of the cars smelled odd as well. Pros: Some nice looking cars. Cons: Integrity lacking more

Great selection and price on German Cars. 11/5/2007

I bough a low mileage extremely clean Audi A6 4.2L Quattro and paid a great price, and I conducted an extensive search of price and quality for a 100 mile radius from Seattle. The sales guy Chris was fun and very casual and helpful. Overall it was fun and easy and I am happy as can be with the car. Pros: Thumbs up, an overall easy and enjoyable process more

Fraudulent used car practices 12/5/2006

I bought a 2001 BMW 740I for $38.5K + over $2K for a warrante. I subsequently discovered that the car was in a previous wreck and sold for $7500. The dealer should have know or knew and didn't disclose this to me, nor did they help me reconcile the situation. When I picked up the car I had a few mechanics and dealers look at it and in 10 minutes they were able to tell me it was wrecked and unsafe to drive. I never drove the car, put over $6K in repairs to make it safe to drive, and expect to sell it for $14K less than I paid. Overall....I lost over $20K. Pros: brand name cars Cons: dishonest sales practices, unsafe and previously wrecked cars more
