Central Chiropractic

I had "carpal tunnel" according to my medical doctor (which he said was from playing too many video games), and after two surgeries and countless attempts to fix it with physical therapy and accupuncture, I had given up and had accepted the fact that my "carpal tunnel" was something that could not be helped through modern medicine. Then my uncle mentioned last Thanksgiving that he had experienced arm pain many years ago and that he found relief from treatments at Central Chiropractic, and that it might be something similar with my "carpal tunnel". At my first visit, Dr. Spell saidI had a bone that wasn't moving in my upper back and another one in the bottom part of my neck, and that I had lost the use of my hand because those bones were pinching nerves. After four visits my hand felt a little stronger, and two weeks later I had regained partial feeling in it. After a month and a half later following my spinal adjustments with Dr. Spell, I am happy to say that I have regained all the feeling and use of my hand, and it makes me doubt that I ever had "carpal tunnel" to begin with....wish I had taken this route to begin with, as the surgery I had was useless. more

My first experience with my back complaints was the typical doctor visit; I was given pain killers and muscle relaxers, and since I am a truck driver, I can't take either of them....not to mention I'm not really that crazy about taking drugs in the first place. My friend then suggested I try Central Chiropractic. Dr. Spell was able to calm down my back after my first appointment, and after the third appointment I have not experienced any more discomfort. Awesome! The staff at Central Chiropractic treated me like family, which meant a lot to me and my wife. Now Dr. Spell is helping her with the neck stiffness she gets when she is on the computer at work; definitely glad we found Central Chiropractic! more
