STAY AWAY FROM THE PA BERSTEN!!!! My son saw this PA and was diganosis with a viral infection. Called back the very next day to inform them that he was not getting any better. We were told that we need to give the medicine time to work, allow 10 days. She only prescribed tylenol, why wait ten days. We didn't, we took my child to the hospital where he was admitted for pneumonia. Had to do a follow up with our primary, saw the same imcompente PA, who told my husband that our child was not diagnosis with pneuomonia. So I wrote them a letter explaining the whole situation. Manger was nice. She was very helpful. After I wrote the letter I recieve a call from Dr. Sanders (Im sure she was not a physician at all) who told me that the PA was correct and blah blah blah and that I am writing a letter and I was not even at the office. Well, I was at the hospital and hell that is my child. This clinic is off the chain and I would advise no one to take their child there unless you have time for a lot of bs. more

Watch out for the older woman with long gray hair . 7/15/2011

I started bringing my children to this location about 2 years ago and had great experiences with all of the doctors here. I'm guessing that they changed out all of the doctors here recently, because I don't recognize any of them. The last 2 times that I've taken my children in they've seen the same old woman. She's awful!!! She starts off by giving them the quickest check-up that i've ever seen performed, THEN when she asks what the reason for them being seen is, she cuts me off mid sentence and always concludes that they are perfectly fine and to give it 3-5 days for whatever symptoms they have to go away. The last and final straw was when my son had a high fever, vomiting, and no appetite for 8 days! During these days I took him in to be seen twice! Both times this same woman kept telling me it was a 24 hour bug and sent me away. Finally, the night before Thanksgiving I decided to take him in to Children's ER and he was given two shots and sent home. He slept for the rest of the night and half of Thanksgiving day. His fever was broken right away and was able to eat atlast. I had to leave this office and also found out that this woman was actually just a nurse practitioner! more
