My Brown and Deline Salon Experience 3/17/2011

My salon experience at Brown and Deline was exceptional. My hair stylist was and is a hair artist. She transormed my hair from being jagged, dry and brittle to being stylish, shiny and sassy. I would highly recommend the salon to eveyone. more

Great Place for your hair 3/16/2011

I can't say enough good things about your salon and Laura Faughn. My hair always looks good and I get lots of compliments. Laura goes out of her way to make sure my color stays bright in between appointments. I have referred two people to Laura and they are still seeing her! more

As a 25+ year client of B&D, I can't say enough! I've watched you grow and expand, move and decrease in size then rearrange. No matter what you do as a service provider you just keep getting better. I came in to Brown and Deline on a referral to see Jayme. My hair was a MESS and needed some serious help. After YEARS of trying to get the color right Jayme finally nailed it! Everyone there is super nice and every time I go in Jayme and I have a blast. I definitely wouldn't go anywhere else! more

I have been a client of Aimee's for many years and she always does a great job. I love the salon and all the products you carry are great. I did have a problem with checking out yesterday for the first time ever. The girl did not know what she was doing and it took 15-20 min. just to pay. I wanted to pre-order products for the Sun. sale and I didn't want to leave my credit card #. I would simply leave a check if I knew the amount and it could be rung up on Sun. & I would pick them up Sun. She took my credit card info. anyway. I had to scratch it off the form. Then I was going to purchase a gift card to leave behind and have you ring it on Sun. She couldn't figure out how to do that with the same transaction as my hair bill. I was so frustrated I ended up paying for my hair and didn't pre-order any products. She was rude, clueless and didn't listen. I gave her 2 options on how I would pay and she took my credit card info. anyway. I told Aimee I was very unhappy when I left. more

Professional and Welcoming 3/8/2011

I have always been cordially welcomed by the staff at the reception counter. Each person has politely made appointments, calculated percentage for tips in person, as well as, giving full attention to appointment needs when I have called by phone. The new e-mail appointment reminder system is a plus! Kudos to Halina and Sarah Van Tassel for their professional and listening skills. more
