Brown & Deline Hair & Body Sln

I have been coming to Victoria for years. Normally I am warmly greeted at the door, yesterday, was different. I am sorry I don't know the receptionists name but she has lavender/purple highlights. She tried to check me in on one computer, it wasn't working so switched to another, no problem except she moved down the counter away from me without any sort of request for me to go with her. She checked me in, never offered a drink, taking my coat, etc. This would not have stood out to me if it wasn't so very different then the normal greeting and check in process. All the while chomping on gum and talking with the other receptionists. Brown and DeLine has spoiled me for far better treatment. Victoria was wonderful always listens to my hair needs, suggests products, always a pleasure to work with her. I almost mentioned the reception to her but decided it wasn't for her to police others so I am actually glad this E-Mail came today. Over the years I have had several different stylists work with me and my family, a group did my daughter's wedding this summer and we have always enjoyed excellent service, yesterday was an exception. more

Everytime I go to Brown & DeLine, I am treated very well! The staff and their knowledge is great. I love my haircuts, color, and everyone I visited. I once had my hair curled there, and that day everywhere I went people remarked on my gorgeous hair! The free drinks are a perk too. more

I've been going to Brown and Deline for several years now, I highly recommend my hairdresser Becky Blaha! When I first came to the salon I had years of damage, split ends, and home color treated hair. Now my hair is super healthy and beautiful. The team at Brown and Deline did such a wonderful job with the up-do's for my wedding party in 2008, our hair was gorgeous and we received so many compliments. I also had my makeup and nails done which turned out beautiful as well. Everyone at the salon made me feel like a princess throughout the entire experience from highlighting and cutting my hair months in advance, to the up-do's on the big day, and even afterwards! Everyone is very friendly and helpful. Through the years I've had fantastic haircuts and color, I couldn't ask for better service! more
