As always, Carly is extremely experienced and professional. She listens to your requests as a client and has terrfic suggestions. She is a wonderful stylist and a great addition to your staff. I always recommend Carly to my friends. Our entire family go to Carly for their hair care needs. more

Fantastic pedicure! 4/12/2011

I love this salon! I have been to many others in the a2 area and have found this to be my favorite. I see Brittany & Helena every 4 weeks and look forward to coming in every time. They are both personable & kind while still maintaining the highest level of professionalism. I'm always completely satisfied with the services I receive. more

Third times a charm? 4/11/2011

I found it a little uncomfortable that I wasn't offered a beverage at either visit when I entered the building. Afraid that my spring break relaxed attire and makeup free face were the culprit on Friday; I took drastic measures on Saturday. So on Saturday morning I applied my makeup (which I know was done well because the makeup artist on site commented on how good it was) and dressed salon chic... Only to be passed over again... Although everyone else was offered a beverage... I'll the only visable differenc is our skin color... Mine being brown. more

eyebrow waxing 4/11/2011

I was late for my eyebrow appt and as soon as I walked in was made to wait, they didn't care why I was late or why it was difficult to wait. I could not find my keys and was trying to get to the hospital...my father very sick. They just told me well you have to wait because even though her next appt is 5 minutes from now she will not finish in time. A little consideration would have gone a long way. Also the wax job was terrible, I had alot of hair I needed to remove myself when I got home. Once my gift cards are used up will likely go elsewhere mostly because of the lack of consideration to my circumstances. more

Joe's been doing my hair since I've been going to Brown and DeLine on Jackson Rd and he's really good at what he does. He's attentive to his customers and I've always been very happy with my hair when I leave!!! The staff at Browne and Deline are also very attentive and on the ball. I started using Brown and DeLine when I noticed friends and aquaintances hair styles were done well and I'd ask them where they had it done. It was always Brown and DeLine! more

My last visit was for a shellac manicure with Lauren. What can I say, Lauren is always on time, friendly, and fun to talk with. She gives me the best French Shellac Manicure last lasts for two weeks, sometimes longer if I'm good. Love coming to B&D!! more

I enjoy the nail service I receive at Brown and Deline. My standing appointment is with Lauren who does an excellent job. She takes into consideration what product would work best for me and does her best to keep me entertained with the newest and sparkliest nail colors. When Lauren is not available I have had appointments with both Sarah and Christy--both excellent nail techs. more
