Always a relaxing time for me even though the place is bustling with activity. Great customer service every single time and I've been going here regularly for 12 years. Miss having an east side location, but they're worth the drive. more

I so enjoy my visits due to the cleanliness, very friendly customer service from the front staff and all around environment. I could choose a salon closer to home but Brown and Deline along with Janelle keep me coming back. I would follow Janelle pretty much anywhere as would my family/friends. more

We all know our lives change constantly. It was a relief to me when I needed to change my appointment with Jackie last week. The person I talked to on the phone was so understanding and booked me at a new time that worked perfectly. I appreciate this flexibility. I also go the same great hair cut that I have come to expect. more

My stylist is a knowledgeable professional who always gives me excellent cuts and styling. In addition the salon is a warm and friendly place from the moment I walk in the door until the moment I leave. Other services, such as pedicures have been good experiences too. I highly recommend Brown & Deline Salon to anyone. more

High Quality 5/16/2011

I came to this salon in hopes of finding a stylist who wouldn't chop my hair into a horrible mess. I had a few bad experiences at Great Clips and decided to try somewhere with a little more class. I came here, and I was very impressed! Everyone in the salon is incredibly nice and helpful, and want to make sure you are comfortable at all times. I am a dedicated customer. My only complaint is that the prices are a bit high. I'm willing to spend the extra dollars to get a good hairstyle though. I recently got a color, and it was the most expensive thing I have ever done to my hair, and I will not be doing it again at Brown & Deline, simply because the price was incredibly high. I will continue to get my hair cut here though. more
