Morning, I just wanted to say when I checked in on arrival to let them know I was there, there were two of people checking in at same time. The lady next to me was checked in and then offered a drink/beverage. I had just gotten off duty from my nursing job and was very thirsty. For some reason, I was not offered a beverage upon arrival and was disappointed. Anyway, I cannot say enough good things about my hair dresser Kelli. She always spoils me. If she sees I don't have a beverage already in my hand, she makes sure I do before she starts. She does a wonderful job of coloring my hair and styling it just the way I want it. I have absolutely no complaints re:my service from Kelli. She is TOP NOTCH. Don't ever lose her. It would be your loss. The only complaint is with check in people. They have made mistakes on my appointments too, so now I finally have a standing appointment every 6 weeks. Also, I am on your email to confirm my appointment, but could I also get the pre-call reminder? I would prefer the call reminder as sometimes I am not always looking at my personal emails and could miss it.
