Review content:
I was offered a drink when I checked in and accepted the offer asking for some water. The front desk staff never provided it. When my stylist got me from the waiting area she asked if I would like a drink. Again I said yes and asked for some water. My drink never appeared. Please don't make inattentive, empty gestures. If you offer and a client accepts, the staff really should follow through. This definitely doesn't show me that it's all about me at Brown and DeLine.
